Learn the basics of jam-making on Monday, August 18th, from 9am-12pm at the North Centennial Rec Centre (90 Sinclair).
We will discuss different ways to make jam set (low sugar, regular, or no added pectin) and proper sanitation procedures. This is a FREE hands-on workshop; be prepared to get jammin’ and expect to bring home a few jars!
