Turn your grapes into juice to enjoy as a beverage or to turn into homemade jello, popsicles or jelly. Enjoy right away, freeze or can it safely following the instructions provided.

Ingredients
- Grapes 10 cups 2.5 L
- Water ½ cup 125 ml
Method
- Wash and stem grapes.
- Place grapes and water in large pot.
- Heat grapes and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently until skins slip off and pulp separates easily from the seeds.
- Pour into juice strainer or colander lined with cheesecloth and let drip overnight. Avoid squeezing or pressing the pulp to keep juice as clear as possible.
- Grape juice will have sediment. Allow the sediment to settle overnight. The next day, simply pour off the clear juice or pour through a coffee filter or colander lined with cheesecloth.
- To can the juice, reheat the juice to boiling point.
- Pour into hot, sterilized jars leaving a ¼ inch (6 mm) headspace.
- Wipe rim with clean cloth and seal with hot sealing lid.
- Screw band on top and tighten finger tight.
- Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
- Remove jars. Cool undisturbed for 24 hours and check seal.
- Makes: 4 cups (1L ) of juice
